Research interests: Systematics, Molecular Phylogeny, Ecology and Conservation in different

 

taxa of vertebrates and invertebrates are the centerpiece of my favorite research.

Morphological studies (see the list of publications) and phylogenetic studies and relevant molecular methods (DNA extraction, PCR) in Lab. and subsequently processed all of relevant analyses with special phylogenetic software

 

Work skills and familiarity with computer software:

 

-     Ability to use phylogenetics softwares such as Bioedit, MEGA, PAUP, Mr.Bayes, Forcon, TreeView, FigTree, Modeltest, DAMBE, and so on for phylogenetic studies.

-     Skills in laboratory techniques, DNA extraction and PCR performed with different relevant devices

-    Familiarity with Office systems including Word, Power point, Excel,…

 

-    Able to apply the SPSS statistical software in biostatistics

 

-    Familiarity with ArcView GIS software
